HORSERADISH MOLD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. drained horseradish
1 c. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add vinegar and salt, chill. When partially set, fold in horseradish and whipped cream.

Pour in mold and chill several hours. Serves 12. Very good with baked ham.
