HAM LOAF WITH HORSERADISH SAUCE | |
1 1/2 lbs. fresh pork, ground 1 1/2 lbs. smoked ham, ground 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 sm. can evaporated milk (1 c.) Mix all together. Put into loaf pan. Cover with mixture of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1/4 cup vinegar. Pineapple can also be put over top, if so desired. Bake for 1 hour in 325 degree oven. Drain sauce off. Serve with 2 pints whipped cream mixed with horseradish to taste. |
