HORSERADISH SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
2 tbsp. horseradish

In 13 x 9 inch glass dish, melt the Jello in hot water. Add the cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Cool slightly. Add pineapple and horseradish. Stir a few times before the Jello is set.

My grandmother made this salad for every holiday dinner. She never used mayonnaise though, she used a can of evaporated milk. Everything else is the same. Everyone loves it after they taste it, although it is a challenge to get them to take the their first bite, after they hear the ingredients list.
