HORSERADISH RELISH MOLDS 
1 (3 oz). pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
1/4 c. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Combine sour cream, horseradish, and onion, blending well. Chill until firm. Unmold. 6-8 servings.
