HORSERADISH SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. horseradish, grated
1 pkg. pineapple Jello
2 c. boiling water

Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water (1 1/2 c.) Cool until starts to set. Add whipped cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Blend well and chill. When set, cover with pineapple Jello (mixed with boiling water - 2 cups). Chill until set.
