HORSERADISH MOUSSE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 btl. horseradish
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in one cup hot water and let set until consistency of egg white. Add horseradish and sour cream. Place in mold and chill until firm. Delicious with ham or roast beef. Serves 8 to 10.
