HORSERADISH BEEF WEDGES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. onion salt
8 oz. dried beef (Budig)

Mix cheese and horseradish, onion, salt and parsley flakes. Spread on beef one slice on top of another. Chill and slice in squares.
