2 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. white syrup
Whites of 2 eggs

Mix sugar, water and syrup. Cook until it threads. Pour half of mixture into beaten eggs. Cook remaining half until forms hard ball in water. Pour into egg mixture and beat until creamy. Pour into buttered dish.
