EASY AND DELICIOUS BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and chopped in lg. chunks
1/2 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix last 7 ingredients. Blend with chopped broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs, or extra stuffing mix, or can use crushed cheese cracker, whichever you prefer.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bread crumbs are toasted and golden brown.
