EASY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. grated onion sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers

Stir together soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, cheese, salt and pepper; add broccoli.
