CREATE - A - CRUST APPLE PIE 
2 med. all-purpose apples, pared & sliced (about 2 cups)
1 tbsp. Realemon lemon juice from concentrate
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. biscuit baking mix
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, toss apples with Realemon brand, then 2 tablespoons biscuit mix. Arrange on bottom of buttered 10-inch pie plate. In blender container, combine remaining ingredients. Blend on low speed 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour evenly over apples. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown around edge. Cool slightly; serve warm or chilled with vanilla ice cream. Makes one 10-inch pie.
