QUICK FISH CHOWDER 
1 lb. pkg. frozen haddock (skinned fillets, thawed)
2 c. water
6 c. whole or 2% milk
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced steamed carrots
1 lg. onion, diced
3 white med.-lg. potatoes, diced

1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste

Simmer 45-60 minutes. Do not stir. Just before ladling, stir gently to mix.
