HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Potato chips or noodles

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips in about a 9x9 dish. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with potato chips (crushed). Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
