HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked diced chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all except cheese and chips. Toss lightly. Put into 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Serves 5-6. Double recipe for 9x13 pan.
