HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
2 c. cut up cooked chicken 2 c. thinly sliced celery 1 c. croutons 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds, toasted 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. instant minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese (about 2 oz.) 1 c. crushed potato chips Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Spoon into 6 ungreased 1 cup baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 6 servings. |
