FANCY JAYNE'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped onions
Freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Reserve 1/3 of cheese and all of chips; mix all together and place reserved cheese and chips on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or as a main dish. Serves 6.
