2 sm. boxes lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. pecans, chopped
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos, optional

Mix gelatin and water. Let cool. Whip gelatin, Cool Whip and cream cheese together. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
