AUNTIE BABE'S FANCY SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. condensed milk
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. (or more) cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatins in hot water, dissolving completely. Add cold water. Add pineapple and chill until partially set. In the meantime, mix remaining items and when gelatins are partially set mix together and pour into mold. Fills a Matterhorn mold nicely.
