2 -8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 -6 3/4-oz Hormel chunk ham
1 envelope Lipton ranch salad dressing mix
Pecans finely chopped, optional

Mix all ingredients together and form into ball. Can be rolled in finely chopped pecans or left plain.

Note: You can use 1 can of chopped chicken instead of ham.
