HOT CHICKEN & CHEESE SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can diced water chestnuts
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds (toasted in butter)

Mix all ingredients (except potato chips). Put crushed potato chips on top. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
