Mushrooms, as large as you can find and as many as you would like
1 lb. pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage

Wash mushrooms and take out stems (save stem to add later or throw away). Brown sausage in oil and drain. When still hot, mix 8 ounces cream cheese and the mushroom stems which are chopped, if you like. Stuff the mixture into the mushrooms and heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until they are hot all the way through.
