CROWN ROAST PORK LOIN | |
6-8 lb. whole pork loin 2 soup spoons ground fresh garlic 1 soup spoon oregano leaf 1 tsp. ground black pepper 3 tsp. salt 1 tsp. brown sugar Cut main bone of loin. Mix all season spices in a bowl and season loin. Put the two ends of loin together to make a round; trim one inch of meat around every chop bone. Tie loin with butcher twine. |
