| PORK LOIN ROAST | |
|
1/4 c. butter 2 cloves garlic Pepper to taste Salt to taste Slice roast down the center. Pour butter over roast. Press garlic, sprinkle in center and on top of roast. Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste. Bake in glass baking dish, cover with Reynolds Wrap. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Delicious! | |
