PORK LOIN ROAST | |
1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (16 oz.) can applesauce 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cloves Rub first four ingredients into roast and bake fat side up at 325-350 degrees for 45 minutes per pound of weight. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and one hour before roast is finished, spread applesauce mixture over. |
