CRAB CASSEROLE 
4 slices white bread (crust, too)
Milk to soften
1 lb. backfin crab (or imitation crab)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
3 tbsp. parsley
1 hard boiled egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers
2 qt. casserole

Put bread in casserole and pour enough milk to make bread soggy. Melt butter. Pour butter, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley and egg over bread and stir well. Fold in crab and add salt and pepper to taste (don't need a lot). Crumble Ritz crackers on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
