QUICK SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. imitation crab or any flaked chicken, turkey, or white fish
Salt and pepper to taste
1 env. Goya seasoning for fish (at any market)

Melt butter. Saute celery and onion until clear. Add fish (or choice flaked meat). Saute 5 minutes. Add rice and seasoning. Serve.
