SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of potato soup
1 sm. pkg. frozen shrimp
1 soup can milk
1 c. instant rice (I pre-cook rice & decrease milk)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onions, chopped

Combine in 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Cooking this recipe now....I was not sure how much to decrease the milk by when pre-cooking it first. I hope that this recipe is as good tasting as it is quick and easy!
