SAVORY SEAFOOD - TRIO CASSEROLE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab, drained
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can light tuna
2 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can shrimp
1 c. reg. rice, cooked
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Using a large bowl, combine crab, shrimp, tuna, cooked rice, milk, mayonnaise, soup, onion, parsley, green pepper, almonds, and celery. Using large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except eggs; mix well. Carefully stir in chopped boiled eggs. This mixture will be quite liquid but will thicken up enough after it is baked. Lightly butter 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole and pour mixture into it, smoothing evenly. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If it gets too brown, place foil over the top.
