SUPER SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice (cooked according to box directions)
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/2 c. minced celery
1 c. minced onion
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. crab meat
1 lb. shrimp, cooked & shelled
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Saute peppers, celery, onions and mushrooms in butter. Add garlic salt, oregano, salt and pepper and add crabmeat, cooked shrimp and undiluted mushroom soup. Mix. Add cooked rice and place in 3 quart casserole. Top with grated sharp cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until mixture bubbles and cheese is melted. Serve with aspic or spinach salad. Serves 12 easily.
