JACK-O-LANTERN PIZZAS 
1 box dry pizza crust mix
tomato juice
3 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, divided
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
red and yellow food coloring
1 pkg. pepperoni slices, cut into fourths

Make the pizza crust according to package directions, substituting the tomato juice for the water. Add 2 teaspoons of the dried Italian seasoning. Add enough food coloring to make the dough orange.

When the crust is ready to use, roll out the dough, cut into pumpkin shapes using a cookie cutter, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Dock the dough with a fork to prevent it from rising too much. Sprinkle the stems of the pumpkins with the remaining dried Italian seasoning. Bake according to pizza crust package directions.

When the pumpkins have been baked, sprinkle each pumpkin with the shredded cheddar cheese. Make a Jack-O-Lantern face with the pepperoni.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
