BUFFALO TURKEY PIZZA | |
2 cups leftover turkey 1 can refrigerator biscuits (I use Pillsbury Grands) buffalo sauce (FRANK'S® Red Hot) shredded Mozzarella cheese Ranch dressing or pizza sauce (your choice) Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). In a small bowl, break turkey meat into chunks. Heavily coat turkey with buffalo sauce. Stir until well coated. Flatten biscuit out into a circle one at at time on pan. Spread either 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing or pizza sauce on each biscuit. Top with desired amount of turkey chunks. Cover with a handful (or more) of Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Submitted by: Heather Benard |
