DEEP DISH PIZZA SKINS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. pizza crust mix (I use Jiffy)
water (according to mix directions)
two potatoes, boiled and mashed
bacon bits (Hormel)
shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar are best)

Preheat oven to 400°F or what crust mix package specifies. Boil potatoes until they break apart when poked with a fork. Drain water and mash them however you normally do (as if you were just making mashed potatoes). Set aside.

Combine the crust mix and water according to the package directions. Press into an 8-inch greased round pizza pan. Spoon potatoes over the crust evenly. Add bacon bits and shredded cheese to taste.

Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serve with a side of dairy sour cream.
