SPANISH RICE | |
4 celery stalks, cut fine 1 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 c. rice 1/2 lb. bacon 1 (8 oz.) can tomato juice Cook rice until done. In large skillet cook the bacon, onion, celery, green pepper. Add cooked rice and tomato juice. Serve hot. |
