DUTCH MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 can condensed tomato soup
1 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 can tomato soup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. water

In bowl, combine meat, soup, oats, salt, pepper and onion. Mix well, then mix in the beaten egg. Spoon mixture lightly into greased bread tin. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours.

After meatloaf has gone in oven, prepare sauce with which to baste meat as it bakes. Combine prepared mustard, soup, vinegar, brown sugar and water. Baste meat every 15 minutes as it cooks.
