DUTCH MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (reserve 4 oz. for sauce)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:

3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix meatloaf ingredients and shape in loaf. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours basting occasionally.
