Applesauce Meatloaf

 Corinne R (Ontario) says:
Fantastic flavour; a nice change from tomato-based meatloaf. Used homemade applesauce which I make with cinnamon, and maple vinegar (from a local winery). Gave the meatloaf a light, fruity flavour. Would also be excellent in summer as it isn't heavy.
