1 c. milk
3/4 c. applesauce
2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine milk, applesauce, salt, beef, onion, eggs and bread crumbs, stirring with a spoon. Spoon into loaf (bread) pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. A nice moist meatloaf.
