APPLESAUCE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. crushed crackers
1 onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. applesauce
2 cans tomato soup

Mix hamburger, crackers, onion, green pepper, egg and applesauce. Make into meatballs. Place meatballs in bottom of casserole dish. Pour 2 cans of tomato soup on top of them. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
