1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. sausage
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cornbread crumbs
1 finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

SAUCE FOR MEAT LOAF:

1/2 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Blend all ingredients. Pour over meat loaf then cook.
