OKRA CREOLE 
1/4 c. sliced onions
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. bacon fat
18 okra pods, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. corn
Paprika, to taste

Brown onions and green pepper in bacon fat. Add okra pods. Cook 5 minutes and add tomatoes and corn. Simmer 15 minutes or until okra is tender and season with salt and paprika.
