SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced okra, frozen or fresh
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Saute onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, okra, salt, pepper and chili powder. Heat mixture to boiling; add the shrimp; reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
