STUFFED GREEN PEPPER SOUP 
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
28 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with chili peppers, undrained
14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 c uncooked rice
2 c green peppers chopped (about 2 peppers)
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook overnight on the low setting.

Makes 8-10 main course servings.
