STUFFED GREEN PEPPER SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (14 oz.) can seasoned diced tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder

Cook rice until tender. Drain. Brown ground beef. Drain. Heat all ingredients together to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for about 1 hour.
