SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cans tomatoes
1 c. okra, chopped
2 tbsp. cajun spice

Melt butter and add celery and onions, cook until soft. Add okra, tomatoes and cajun seasonings. After all mixed simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked shrimp last, leave in long enough to heat shrimp. Serve over rice. Add cajun seasoning to taste. Rolaids as dessert.
