HIDDEN VALLEY® RANCH QUICK POTATO
SALAD
 
2 lbs. sm. red potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 c. prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch (original)
Paprika or black pepper
Crisp cooked crumbled bacon (optional)

Cut slightly cooled potatoes into 1 inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, and salad dressing; toss gently. Dust with paprika. Garnish with chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.
