QUICK POTATO SALAD | |
2 lb. sm. red potatoes, cooked 1/2 c. green onions 1 c. prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Original salad dressing Paprika or black pepper Chives Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (optional) Cut slightly cooled potatoes into 1 inch cubes. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, and salad dressing; toss gently. Dust with paprika. Garnish with chives. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
