CUCUMBER-ONION SALAD | |
3-4 lg. cucumbers, peeled & thinly sliced 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced 2 pkgs. sweetener 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. vinegar Pinch salt Place cucumbers and onion in a medium bowl. Salt lightly. Allow to sit in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours. Remove and squeeze water out. Stir in remaining ingredients. Makes 1 to 2 servings. |
