SLOW COOK STEAK AND GRAVY | |
1-4 lbs round steak or sirloin steak 3 cloves garlic, chopped (optional) 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can Cream of Celery soup 1 sm. can evaporated milk This can be made in Crock Pot, Instant Pot or oven. If in Crock Pot, cut meat up, combine soups and milk together. Put in Crock Pot, cook all night for noon meal or cook all day for evening meal. If in oven, put meat and soup mixture wrapped tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 3 to 4 hours at 300°F. Makes a very tender meat and delicious gravy. Count on 1/2 lb per serving. Serve any leftovers over elbow macaroni or rice the next day. |
