SLOW-COOK OVEN BABY BACK RIBS | |
4 lb. baby back ribs 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. liquid smoke (optional) Preheat oven 250°F. Melt butter then stir in liquid smoke (if using). Spread over ribs. Bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 250°F. Note: Can be stored up to 2 days at this point. If not cooking same day, bring to room temperature before adding sauces. FINISHING TOUCH: 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce (your choice) 1 1/2 cup Duck sauce (I use Saucy Susan or Day Dai) Combine barbecue sauce and Duck sauce. Spread on both sides of ribs. Either broil in oven for 7 to 10 minutes (until browned) or on the grill. Turn once during cooking. Separate ribs, serve and enjoy! Submitted by: Georgianna Velardi |
