This recipe was great. Changed a few things. Added 2 bottles of beer and a bottle of BBQ sauce to crockpot. Five hours on low was too long, they were falling off the bone! Had to carefully remove to my oven to add extra sauce and broil. Yummy! Didn't even use the honey and brown sugar!

I tried this recipe a few months back and my son tried these and LOVED them... He has been to the annual rib fests in our area and didn't really care for them... but these ones he just couldn't stop eating them... Thank you Rhianna they are a HIT in our home now too!!!

This is essentially boiling ribs. If you boil ribs, the terrorists win. Boiling meat makes flavorful water, not flavorful meat. Cook them indirectly over wood. That is how BBQ is meant to be done.
